Spent Christmas at a hotel that provides great service with a Japanese style buffet breakfast and comfortable amenities. the key location allows for a walk to the onsen and castle, which takes around 25 minutes. A bonus was the coziness of the rooms, perfect to relax after exploring the city.
The hotel could do with some renovations as the carpets are a little bit worn down. the language barrier might be an issue with the staff not speaking English.

This hotel enjoys a favorable location close to several points of interest that are worth exploring. You can easily walk to Dogo Onsen and the castle, which are two of the city's main attractions. Despite the small size of the room, it is equipped with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. the Japanese breakfast provided by the hotel is a must, try as it is flavorful and fresh.
The hotel's staff's limited English skills can be a bit of an inconvenience if you need assistance beyond check, in and check, out.

I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the Japanese style buffet was a definite highlight. The hotel facilities were clean and offered all the comfort I needed. Additionally, this hotel has a great location, which allowed me to walk to a few places around the city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of Japanese dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was very convenient with just a 25 minute walk to both the famous Dogo Onsen and the beautiful castle. I appreciated the comfort and amenities provided.
Some parts of the hotel looked a little outdated, specifically the carpets. Although the staff was friendly, their limited English made communication a bit difficult, which might be challenging for non-Japanese speakers.
